How to book an appointment

I am currently taking appointment inquiries via TEXT message or EMAIL. Click on “CONTACT” to get my contact information. I will be pleased to accommodate you at your convenient date and time. However, for me to accommodate you faster, please include your first and last name and the service that you need. And the date and time prefer before sending a text message or email. I will try my best to respond as quickly as I possibly can. Otherwise, please give me 24 hours to get back to you.

Booking Policy Requirement

I have a booking policy which requires a security deposit of 50% of a service requested to hold appointment spot. I will confirm your appointment once the security deposit is received. And it will go toward the service. Or you can use it to rebook your next appointment. In case you are not aware that if you booked two or more services on the same day and realized you don’t have time to get everything done, you will lose the deposit for each service. Please inform me 72 hours prior if that case occurs.

*Cancellation and Rescheduling rule

I fully understand that your time is valuable, and so it is mine. Sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, I respectfully request at least 72 hours prior.

* Any cancellation is made will result in a cancellation fee. The amount will be the deposit shown.

* If you are late more than 10 minutes grace period, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. In any case, it is my fault, I will do my best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

* In the event of the truth, an unavoidable emergency, for instance, if it is the case of COVID or FLU-related, in this case, is an exception. However, if it is not COVID or FLU-related, part of your cancellation fee will apply.

*Covid-19 case of emergency*

Please inform me if you are positive with COVID or have any symptoms of FLU before coming to your appointment. I expect to be informed at least 6 hours before your appointment schedule without losing a full 50% security deposit.

I will reschedule you for the next two weeks, and the security deposit will be good till then. If you don’t come in after two weeks, you will lose your security deposit.
