  *I have a repair policy put in place. If there a lift, broken, color chipped after the service was done between a day to three days time period, the repair will be free of charge. In the case of inconvenient time that I cannot accommodate you (client) or you (client) cannot come in at time/date that is given, you (client) must send a picture of the nail right away, following time period of allowance for free of charge. I will be pleased to accommodate on my next availability or compensate on your next appointment. *Repair pass time period of allowance. lifted nails, broken nails or chipped nails, the repair will be charged.   Lash lift aftercare and expectation

  No: heat, steam, (including cooking over steaming stovetop), saunas, water, oils, lotions, creams, shampoos, face washes, makeup remover wipes or pads on lashes for minimum of 24 hours.

  Advice: because the clients lashes are still maleable ( shape shifting) a side sleeper or face sleeper can notice one or both eyes can, rise or drop, leaving the lashes misshaped. Sleeping on the back is best. Staying away from face washes that are mainly oil will also cause lashes to drop prematurely. To keep your lashes lift last, you can use elleevate mascara (advanced aftercare serum) that can be purchased on Elleebana.com or I can order for you. Comb your lashes in the morning and before bedtime.

  Expectation

  You may expect your lashes to look just like the first day you got them after three to four weeks. But the truth of the matter is that eyelashes have its growth cycle and they start to grow from 4 to 10 weeks. For some people; their lashes grow sooner than 4 weeks. Therefore, lash lift will start shifting once the lashes start growing. Lashes may or might look like they go different directions or some drop. And the fact does not mean that the Tech did a bad job or your lashes got damaged, they just do their own thing.
